How long does a logo project take?
Most logo projects take 1-3 weeks from kickoff to final files, depending on the package and how quickly we receive feedback. Starter Logos move fastest (often 1 week). Signature Brand Systems with full guidelines take 3-4 weeks.
How many concepts will I see?
Starter packages include 2-3 initial concepts. Brand Basics and Signature packages include 3 concepts with strategic rationale. We don't believe in showing 20 throwaway options — we show focused, intentional directions that solve your specific brand problem.
What if I don't like any of the initial concepts?
We start over with new directions at no additional cost — once. The reason this almost never happens is the discovery process. If we've really listened during discovery, the concepts will be in the right neighborhood from the start. Refinement is the norm; restart is rare.
What file types do I get?
Every project includes vector files (AI, EPS, SVG), high-resolution PNG (transparent and white background), JPG, and PDF. We also export platform-specific sizes — favicon, social profile pictures, email signature, etc. — at no extra cost.
Do I own the logo outright?
Yes — on final payment, all rights transfer to you. You own the logo, the source files, and full commercial usage rights forever. No licensing fees, no recurring charges, no ownership traps.
Can you redesign my existing logo?
Yes — that's our Brand Refresh service. We modernize your existing logo while keeping the recognition equity you've built. Great for established businesses that don't want to start from scratch but need to look current.
What about business cards, signage, and other materials?
We can design business cards, letterhead, signage mockups, and other branded collateral as part of the Signature Brand System or as à la carte add-ons. Production and printing are separate — but we can recommend trusted local printers in the Lawrence area.
